Post cubistic rituals #I Pavel Baňka

About the work
From the series Abstraction
The abstract level is characteristic of a significant part of Pavel Baňka's work, which at various times surfaces in more or less subtle hints. Through a series of abstractions, the artist deals in an essentially painterly manner with the very process of capturing reality. Playing with time and exposition gives rise to unexpected compositions whose charm lies primarily in the viewer's imagination.
